The majority of rides are priced at 1 token per person, whilst The Scenic Railway is 2 tokens per person and you can find out more here

You must bring at least one of these with you. Documents other than those listed below cannot be accepted. All documentation must be dated within the last 12 months.
In addition to one of the items listed above, you must also show a valid form of photographic ID or utility bill for the person named within the document, or the person addressed on the document in the case of the letter being to the parent/guardian.
Please note that both carer and the adult / child with access needs should present their wristband given to them at the token booth, to the ride operator prior to getting on the ride.
Bands distributed at the token booth to carers and the adult / child they are with, are void if tampered with or transferred to another person.
SOME RIDES MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR CERTAIN GUESTS AND THE RIDE OPERATORS WILL ADVISE AT EACH RIDE. REFUSAL ON THE GROUNDS OF HEALTH AND SAFETY DOES NOT CONSTITUTE DISCRIMINATION.

Dreamland is a standing only venue (unless other wise stated in the specific event description) and other than the Accessible platforms available in our Hall By The Sea venue and outdoor Scenic Stage venue, there is no seating available which can be reserved or pre booked. Please be aware that the accessible platforms are strictly for accessible platform ticket holders only and proof of eligibility will be required.
We are unable to allow portable seating of any kind into our venues so, if you do need to sit down during an event, please speak to a member of the Dreamland Event Management team on site, who will endeavour to help you.
Our Hall By The Sea and Ballroom venues are both fully accessible for wheelchair users. There is an accessible platform available in Hall By The Sea for up to 6 wheelchair users plus their companions / carers or personal assistants (12 tickets, sold as 6 pairs). Tickets for the accessible platform will need to be booked in advance via the Dreamland website. These tickets also provide entry to the unreserved disabled access area. Proof of eligibility will need to be provided alongside your ticket on entry to the event. If you have any specific access needs, please contact us prior to the event on customerservices@dreamland.co.uk.
The majority of indoor and outdoor live music events at Dreamland have age restrictions. Parents and guardians are asked to carefully read the individual event information prior to booking tickets and consider if an event is suitable for the child they wish to bring. We cannot admit anyone caring for a baby at live music events that have an age restriction of 14+ or above.
We urge parents / guardians / carers to carefully consider the suitability of any live music event for the baby in their care. Loud noise levels can affect babies hearing, as their ear canals are not fully developed, and they should not be subjected to levels over 60db.
Babies are welcome at events categorised as All Ages Welcome, but they must wear ear defenders and are not permitted in close proximity to stage areas.
Dreamland cannot permit prams, carriers, pushchairs, so babies must always be carried throughout their time in the venue. Babes in arms do not need a ticket, but tickets must be purchased for children aged 2 years and older.
Here are some things to consider if you are thinking about bringing a baby to an event at Dreamland:
For events at Dreamland, bags larger than A4 ( 21 x 29.7) size are not permitted inside the venue. We advise all event goers to bring as little with them as possible when attending events, unless there are specific medical reasons which mean you need to bring a larger bag. If this is the case, please email the team at customerservices@dreamland.co.uk prior to the event you are attending for further advice.
It’s all related to safety and helps us to improve security inside the venue. It also helps with the speed of security search procedure on entry to Dreamland.
Dreamland is a responsible licenced event venue where the safety and security of our guests is a top priority.
The event management team, together with our security and medical providers, work closely with the emergency services to provide a safe place from which to enjoy live entertainment.
Each event is risk assessed and audience profiled to ensure we have relevant security measures in place. These details are communicated to Kent Police in advance of the event and can include covert officers, drug detection dogs, general purpose patrol dogs, various levels of personal and bag searches, age identification and Security Industry Authority (SIA) officers.
Our entire site is covered by CCTV which is viewed and recorded from a dedicated Operations Control. Additionally, all our security officers wear Body Worn Video devices.
We urge our guests to help us ensure that Dreamland maintains its high standards of safety by alerting a member of staff or security should you see something that doesn’t look right or an incident that should be brought to our attention.
THERE IS ZERO TOLERANCE TOWARDS DRUGS AND THE UNDERAGE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL AT DREAMLAND
Many of our events are managed by external promoters and so we often do not have full details of exactly what the production will involve until very close to the day of the show. Most of our events will contain flashing lights and use of haze as standard. We make every effort to advertise on doors of the event if this is the case.
There will be designated smoking areas located through the concourse doors to the park. There will be no access to the main outdoor park or rides.
Most of our events have age restrictions, in which case you will need to provide proof of age on entry. Please refer to the individual event page for the age restrictions of that specific event. Please check the individual event listings on our What’s On page to find out what the age restriction for particular events is set at.
Where an age restriction is put in place, for example ‘This is a 14+ event’ this means that anyone under the age of 14 cannot attend, regardless of whether they are with an adult or not.
Where there are age restrictions allowing under 18’s to attend an event, the under 18 must always be accompanied by and adult over the age of 18. (adult refers to a parent, guardian or older relative that is responsible for the care and actions of the under 18 year old.).
