Dreamland is a standing only venue, unless otherwise specified for individual events. It is important to review our FAQ’s and terms carefully before making the decision to purchase a ticket for one of our events. Dreamland cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by attending an event that may not be suitable to individual disabilities or existing injuries. If you have any questions or concerns, please speak to a member of the Dreamland team or Dreamland’s authorised ticket provider, before purchasing tickets.
Dreamland has four main event areas, The Scenic Stage Arena, Hall by the Sea, The Ballroom and the Roller Room. All areas with the exception of the Scenic Stage Arena, are indoor venues.
The Scenic Stage Arena is our outdoor, festival style venue. With food traders, serving up delicious dishes and bars a plenty, keeping all our event goers well watered, this area plays host to our largest live music events. There’s plenty of facilities including accessible toilets and the whole area is mainly level. This is where you can enjoy all the fun of the festival with a backdrop of vintage rides including the UK’s oldest wooden roller coaster, The Scenic Railway! At the majority of our outdoor events, you’ll be able to enjoy a specially selected line up of rides, before the main event. (Rides are available on a pay per ride basis and are not included in the ticket price).
The Scenic Stage VIP area is set to the rear of the Scenic Stage Arena and offers uninterrupted views over the general admission area to the stage. A permanent feature, carved out from the escarpment of the arena, the VIP area has two exclusive bars, an exclusive food offering and, of course, VIP loos including accessible facilities. This area is standing only with no reserved seating (more room for dancing). You’ll find chill out huts here though, perfect for, well, chilling out! With a VIP wristband, you can choose to come and go from this area as often as you wish, which means you can get right amongst the action in the main arena too.

The Hall By The Sea is our largest indoor venue. A warehouse style space, this venue has an accessible lift from the ground floor of Dreamland and an accessible platform is available for music events to those who have purchased accessible platform tickets. Please note proof of eligibility will be required.
This is a flexible venue and, whilst music events held here are standing only, other events will have a seated layout. Please note tiered seating is not possible in this venue.
Our Grade II listed Ballroom is an intimate indoor venue, situated on the ground floor of Dreamland.
A standing only venue for music events, with step free access and unisex WC’s.
The retro Roller Room at Dreamland still has the original Art Deco ceiling and is also home to our popular Roller Disco. This venue has step free access and is mainly level, but it’s worth noting that roller skating is not included with events held in our Roller Room, unless otherwise mentioned.
