This is a 14+ event. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Please note, this is a standing event. Disabled access tickets are available on a first come, first served basis via AXS ONLY. Other than these areas there is no seating available for this event. VIP tickets are not currently available for the indoor event space events.

Accessible Ticket Definitions

General Admission Accessible + Companion
This is a ticket giving access to the general admission area. When these tickets are purchased, they also include a complimentary ticket for a personal assistant / companion. These tickets do not give access to seating, or the accessible platform area.

Accessible Platform + Companion
This is a ticket giving access to the accessible platform and includes a complimentary ticket for a personal assistant / companion or carer. There is space on the platform for wheelchairs and some seating is also provided.

At the end of this event, exit will be via the Dreamland Front Doors leading to Hall By The Sea Road.  Please speak to a member of staff if you have any questions.

 

All guests will be searched prior to entry at this event including bag searches. Breathalysers and drug dogs may be in operation.

There is a cloakroom for indoor events, priced at £3 per item left in the cloakroom.  You will be given a ticket. If you have lost your ticket, your item cannot be returned to you.  All items left in the cloakroom are left at the owner’s risk and Dreamland does not accept responsibility for any missing items.

Chewing gum, balaclavas, disposable vapes, alcohol, hand sanitisers, bags bigger than A4. No dangerous or hazardous items, including pen knives, keyring bottle openers with blades, lasers, chairs, camping chairs, stools, spray cans, professional cameras, glass, illegal substances, liquids and containers of any type, refillable bottles & flasks, food (unless for medical reasons. Please inform the venue prior to your arrival if this is the case.) flags, banners, poles, airhorns, megaphones, all gas canisters, pyrotechnics, fireworks,  Masks will be removed for security search.

Any item deemed to be dangerous by the General Manager (the designated responsible person for the overall general event operations and implementing this policy) or local Police or Licensing Officer.

Prohibited items – all items are subject to change without notice by venue management.

Dreamland is cashless, so we encourage all guests to pay using card or contactless methods.

Most of our events have age restrictions, in which case you will need to provide proof of age on entry. Please refer to the individual event page for the age restrictions of that specific event. Acceptable forms of ID to prove your age:
• A photo driving licence
• A passport
• A proof of age card, such as the PASS card from the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme.

 

There are a limited number of tickets available to purchase online via the Dreamland website or the axs app.  Please ensure you have purchased a ticket online before joining the queue for entry to this event.

There are no discounted or concession tickets available to purchase for this event.

Dreamland is a standing only venue and other than the accessible platform there will be no seating available.  Please note that the accessible platform is only available for accessible platform ticket holders.  If you need to sit down during the event, please speak to a member of the Dreamland Event Management Team on site and they will endeavour to assist you.

Our Hall By The Sea indoor venue, is accessible for wheelchair users. There is an accessible lift from the ground floor to the Hall By The Sea.

Many of our events are managed by external promoters and so we often do not have full details of exactly what the production will involve until very close to the day of the show. Most of our events will contain flashing lights and use of haze as standard. We make every effort to advertise on doors of the event if this is the case.

There is a multi storey car park close to Dreamland, located on All Saints Avenue, CT9 5QH. The car park is operated by Smart Parking.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU PURCHASE THE CORRECT PARKING TICKET, ALLOWING PLENTY OF TIME TO RETURN TO YOUR CAR.  FINES WILL BE ISSUED BY SMART PARKING FOR LATE RETURNS.

 

Dreamland is just 5 minutes’ walk from Margate train station and is regularly served by Southeastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station.

Southeastern have a number of ways to save on your train tickets including:

    • If you are travelling as a group of 3-9 adults, you could save up to 34% on tickets with their GroupSave tickets.
    • Southeastern’s Advance tickets go on sale 12 weeks before the booking date and the earlier you book, the cheaper the ticket could be.
    • With Kids for a Quid tickets, you pay just £1 each for up to four children when you travel with them Off-Peak.
