What we are looking for:

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join the team. We are seeking Guest Experience Assistants to join the team on a casual worker basis for the Dreamland 2022 season.

To provide information to our day visitors and event guests, helping with enquiries and where possible encourage upsell in secondary revenue areas. The aim of the role will be to provide guests a fantastic memorable experience, increase dwell time and encourage repeat visits.

Role and Responsibilities:

Meet and Greet our guests with a can-do attitude, a willingness to go the extra mile and provide our guests a memorable experience (face to face).
Have the skills to work in a high-pressure environment, consisting of large queues, guest complaints, multi-tasking and an ability to adapt to a variety of different job roles.
Work to a high standard and can follow Dreamland’s set guidelines, regarding presentation and expectations.
Have a professional approach to guests and staff.
Willing to work flexible hours including weekends, Bank Holidays and evenings
Willing to engage with the public on a continual basis and have the confidence to approach guests and provide advice, assistance and resolve issues where necessary.

The above list is not exhaustive, due to the park needs individuals may be required to carry out additional duties.
